Occupational Therapy is a healthcare profession focused on helping individuals of all ages to engage in meaningful activities (or occupations) of daily life. Occupational therapists provide support that looks at the whole person to help reduce barriers that affect their emotional, social and physical needs. Occupational Therapists focus on what is important to a person and ways to support a individual's wellbeing.
